By accessing or using Toss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Toss is a macOS application that helps automate post-meeting tasks. The Service allows you to transcribe meetings, generate summaries and action items, and integrate with third-party productivity tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, Linear, and Notion.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Toss offers a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Record or transcribe conversations without proper consent from all participants
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service integrates with third-party applications. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Toss and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
