Open Toss.dmg from your Downloads folder
Drag the Toss icon into your Applications folder
Open Toss from your Applications folder
Toss will ask for a few permissions during setup — Accessibility (to paste text), Microphone (to hear you), and Screen Recording (for meeting transcription). These are required for Toss to work properly.
